What Is Meant By 'Organic Leads'?

Organic leads are leads that you’ve generated without having to pay for advertising or other marketing. These can be found through social media, email, or your optimized website. These leads will be a lower cost because you “own” the media that you’re using to generate the lead. Advertising, for example, is paid media. 

A lead can be thought of as a prospective customer or client, which means a business opportunity for your business. As you churn existing customers, your business needs to be generating new leads to maintain profitability. In this case, a paid lead can sometimes be worth the cost of paying for an advertising campaign if they’ll be worth more to your business down the road. 

But you should still make an effort to generate leads more organically!

1. Unable to identify my "target audience"
