Verifiable Requests
When you exercise the rights described above and submit a request to us, we will verify your identity by asking you for your name, email address, business phone number, company name, or current job title.  You may be entitled, in accordance with applicable law, to submit a request through an authorized agent through the same mechanisms that you can use to submit a request directly. The request must also include sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to the request. Information of Children Under the Age of 16
Biscred’s products and services are directed at business professionals. Biscred’s products and services are not targeted to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect, maintain or sell any Personal Information for children under the age of 16. If we discover we have collected any information for persons under the age of 16, we will delete their Personal Information.
